Dates are nature’s candy. I am totally and irreversibly addicted to these Loaded Dates. This is a combination of my favorite ingredients, but you can definitely use your favs – peanut or cashew butter, cinnamon or ginger, coconut or dark chocolate. Wholesome, natural dessert in less than 5 minutes? Yes please!!
- 3 Medjool dates
- 1tsp cinnamon almond butter
- 1tsp desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
Slice the dates open on one side, remove the pit. Spoon the nut butter into the date and sprinkle it with coconut.
You can melt some dark chocolate and either drizzle it over the dates or dip the dates in chocolate and place them on a parchment paper for few minutes until chocolate sets.
